The computer arrived early (good point). Got it and tried to set it up but the GPU was damaged. Support helped as much as they could and had to send it back. The return took about 2 weeks (bad point), but support was helpful when I asked questions (another good point). After I got it, it took a little bit to update, but that’s to be expected. Performance is good. Haven’t ran any graphics heavy programs as of yet. Overall: Good computer and good customer service.

Ordered to use for day trading. This requires 4 to 5 screens running 16 hours a day with heavy programs. This is the absolute best deal by far! No issues or lag at all. I may get in to gaming now, just because of this rig. This was worth every penny spent! Thank you VIPRtech!!!!

Computer arrived as described although with a slight alternative to the CPU instead of a Ryzen 2600 i recieved a Ryzen 1600AF which is basically a 2600 so no real complaint there, only one fan is installed in the case and that is on the aio liquid cooler, not a big deal really just install some fans and you are good to go. Cable management was on par with most other companies. System performance is as expected with a cheaper GPU, i would suggest some upgrades such as installing an ssd and down the road a GPU upgrade. Shipping took a while but this was bought during the Corona Pandemic so that is to be expected. All in all a good system to purchase as a prebuilt.
