Standard Return Policy

A ViprTech prebuilt PC can be returned at our discretion within 30 days for a direct replacement if the all of following conditions are met:

  • The PC arrived damaged or with a performance issue
  • If the issue is performance related, ViprTech determines the cause of the issue is hardware related

Performance issue is defined as a hardware issue which majorly impacts performance of the PC, such as a faulty or under-performing CPU cooler, faulty RAM stick, failing hard drive, ect.

Damage is defined as physical impairment of value and/or functionality such as a large dent in the PC case, physically broken components, ect.

If a PC is returned and found not to be faulty/damaged, ViprTech will charge return shipping. Customized PCs may not be returned, they must be covered under warranty.

Accessories & Parts can be returned at our discretion within 30 days for a direct replacement if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

We understand many items purchased during the holiday season are intended as gifts. For items purchased November 1st through December 31st, we are extending our replacement period until Janurary 31st of the following year. Regardless, we do still recommend inspecting and testing your item/s as soon as you receive them to ensure there are no issues.

***When purchasing from our site you acknowledge that item/s may not exactly match what is shown in the picture/s. There may be discrepancies in size, color, brand, case, ect, however, you will never receive a part that is lower in performance than what you paid for. If you need clarification about what this means, please reach out BEFORE you order.***

Cancellation Policy

Unshipped orders may be eligible for cancellation if requested prior to shipment. Cancellations will incur a 10% fee which covers all transaction and processing fees (these fees are not refunded to us by our payment processor).
