   I have a couple questions can I stream rust and valorant and can there be more than one monitor because I have two already and what do I upgrade first?

     This Pc will run both RUST and Valorant, however, it wouldn’t be able to stream well. For streaming you would want to add a dedicated GPU. It will support multiple monitors but this will definitely lower the FPS you will see on games.
