This machine works smoothly and is great for the price!Recently my son’s machine had a windows update. After the update the my son’s machine was no longer active. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a new code! Great service!

When I first got the PC it told me windows wasn’t installed and when I contacted viprtechs customer service they gave me a new windows key within 5 minutes. I realized that it was shipped with the wrong cpu and Colin my customer service rep got that squared away fairly quickly with expedited shipping. Overall fairly happy with the product and that customer service handled it quickly and without a bunch of run around or wasting my time.

Good price, works great.This worked perfect out of the box. I have now added a good game and enjoying that. I have yet to add a FPS game, but as effortless as it runs my current game, it should have no problems with that. Once I found the RGB button and changed the lighting it was liked even more.
