Excellent Computer for our Church AV purposes.This computer is very powerful and very fast. It is used for our Audio Sound System, projecting Easy Worship for our songs and scriptures, Live streaming our services using Restream, storage of our videos, and the normal word processing for our AV staff. Excellent product. We had a computer issue this past week and one computer group identifed it as being a hardware issue, BUT, it wasn’t a hardware issue after all. One of our Church members works on computers and he helped us to find the problem and it was a software problem. He helped us to find the proverbial needle in the haystack which resolved the issue. We called ViperTech’s Customer Service number and left a message needing help on Saturday evening. The problem was resolved on Sunday evening and I didn’t think about the message left for ViperTech.
Jordan, the Manager of ViperTech, contacted me on Monday to see if they could help me and he was very helpful and friendly. So he responded to me the very next business day and that is excellent! However we had resolved the problem, but he told me the best way to communicate issues if we had any in the future. Thanks Jordan and ViperTech.

Great starter PC have had for about a month now and no issues at all. will def need to get a bluetooth adapter if trying to connect gaming controllers but besides that no issues. runs games smooth at max performance and graphics settings
