My grandson loves this computer. We had a problem with Fortnite on this computer. However, the company has been very responsive to help resolve the issue and offered to repair the unit and pay the shipping.

This has been a really good prebuilt pc for the money. I did run into an issue and I reached out to ViprTech support via email. There response time was almost instant and Alex helped me resolved my issue very quickly.

After buying this PC and using it for six months, I can honestly say that I have played and modded some of the biggest names out there, and I have no issues in performance. The only issue I had with this PC was that one of the side pieces of the case was dented when I purchased it. I reached out immediately and they sent me a complete new side piece without dents that I installed. Customer service was on point and responded immediately when I reached out and I still have no issues.

At the beginning of 2024, I bought 2 of these computers, one for myself and one for a friend. At the beginning, we had issues with the SSD cards failing, but upon contacting the company, they replaced the SSDs immediately with return address labels, and also provided us with licenses when the new SSDs came in. They were extremely helpful and the customer service we received was amazing. It’s been several months and the computers run with ease and are still excellent. They can run graphic intensive games such as 7 Days to Die, Destiny 2 and The Sims 4.
