   I honestly have nothing bad to say about this pc, I didn’t have any issues setting it up and it runs games pretty well I haven’t came across any game that it couldn’t handle.

   I bought this PC a little under a year and a half ago, and honestly I love it. It’s able to handle all the games I play, and it hasn’t had any major issues since I bought it. The only issue I had was that my product key was showing as incorrect, I was able to email ViprTech support and one of their customer service representatives named Colin dealt with the issue in a prompt professional manner.

   This is going to be an honest review without knowing anything about the company.
   I bought this pc for my girlfriend and it was $835 with shipping. There’s one that is the same exact price but this one has better ram and hard drive so I thought that was weird but I didn’t care about it. Shipping took about 9 days and when it came it was in almost perfect condition. There was a hole in the box from ups and a tiny scratch on the case. Also, the motherboard shifted over and I can’t use the usb ports on the back of it because they are being blocked. On the other hand, it is a quality pc that started up within 3 seconds of turning it on for the first time. It’s super smooth and the only con about it is that the reset button is right next to the led light change button thingy. Other than that it’s a great pc for the money. I love this company so far. I called their customer support line because I didn’t get a shipping date and they were very helpful and informed me on how long it will take. Only reason this isn’t 5 star is because of the motherboard that was either shifted during shipping or was installed improperly. I’ll fix it but either way this is probably best bang for your buck with performance. Looks very smooth and the fans aren’t loud but you can hear them. 8.5/10 on this pc. Good job viprtech??

   I know pretty much nothing about computers. This had a very simple set up. Easy process. Easy directions. It also came with an inspection sheet, actually handwritten signatures and checks. That put me at ease a little more! The graphics and speed are great!
