My oldest son had been saving for months for a gaming computer. We read the reviews and looked at the specs. This seems perfect and his been excellent so far. I give them a 10/10 for tech support. I had to call due to an operator error (my fault and not the computer), and got an answering machine (it was after hours in all fairness), but a LIVE person called me back the next day. Everything was squared away (thank you Chris!). I have returned my second son’s Dell computer (not wifi capable though it said it was) and am getting him a Viprtech computer (mutineer for entry level). This computer runs well, is everything it was promised to be, came quickly with 0 damage. Extremely pleased.

I can not say enough about this machine… As a lifelong console player I can’t say enough about switching over to a PC… and this machine has helped me make the most of the change… on top of ease of setup which for me was practically plug and play… this PC works wonders when combined with my new 4k tv/monitor… it looks slick but runs even smoother… I can’t begin to give this product and this company enough praise

Can I start with, receiving a call over the color of the case they had in stock was a pleasant surprise, and then to receive it 2 days early, Viprtech has my loyalty. Overall performance is way beyond my expectations. I am a little disappointed with the cooling provided, CPU temps tend to run much higher than I would like (45c) idle and (80c) under load in an air conditioned room. Would I buy this again, Definitely, and I am looking forward to my next from Viprtech.

i got the product 2 days early it was packaged nicely and it works well! it plays the games i want nicely. when they tested or set it up they may have put the wrong product key because it says i need to activate windows. so i called the customer service number and i got a call back early the next morning and they were so nice about it all and immediately gave me a new product code! i very much recommend :)

Really recommend the pc for someone like me that doesnt know how to build 1. I love the desing alot, at first i did have some problem so a did talk with the company if they can do me a replacement and they were really helpful and fast with everything, now i got it again and it runs perfectly fine, im really happy with it alot!
