Questions about Affirm
Questions about your loan or a payment go to Affirm directly at affirm.com/help.
How long do I have to pay?
Affirm plans for ViprTech orders run from 3 to 12 months. You pick the length that suits you at checkout.
Is there interest?
Many plans are 0% APR, so you pay nothing extra. Other plans carry interest, and Affirm shows you the rate and the total cost before you commit.
What does Affirm ask for?
A few basic details about you, so Affirm can check your eligibility. It all happens at checkout, in a few minutes.
Will checking my eligibility affect my credit?
No. Checking whether you qualify is a soft inquiry, which doesnβt affect your credit score. If you go ahead with a plan, your payments may be reported to the credit bureaus.
How do I pay my bill?
Online at affirm.com/pay or in the Affirm app, by debit card, bank transfer or check.
Why was I asked for a down payment?
If Affirm canβt approve the full amount, it may offer a plan with a down payment on a debit card, so you can still complete your order.
Why was I asked for a checking account?
Sometimes Affirm needs more information to verify your identity and your ability to repay, such as an active checking account. Without it, Affirm canβt approve that application.
