This could be for a number of reasons, most commonly, it can be caused by overheating. If you are computer savvy, we recommend downloading a software to check the temps of the computer, such as https://openhardwaremonitor.org/ you can follow our guide linked here. If you are not computer savvy, you can contact our support team and they will be glad to assist. In either case, please do not continue to use your system if you find it is overheating.

Yes! We ship to many other countries outside of the US. Keep in mind we can not predict customs/import fees/tariffs, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Many of our computers are prebuilt and will ship our same or next day. If you are ordering a custom system, it will ship within 7 days.

Other items will ship same or next day unless denoted.

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the condition of the package before opening. As we do protect the computer, the computer itself may be fine. If you find the computer is damaged, either cosmetically or functionally, please contact our support team for further instruction.

Yes! We offer financing through Affirm, with many term lengths being completely free with no interest. Some longer terms have a small amount of interest. To take advantage of this, simply proceed to checkout and choose Affirm as your payment option.

Currently, we don’t offer any extended warranty plans.

All our computers will include an Owner’s Manual, power cord, sticker. If denoted, the system may include a remote for RGB fans or LEDs, a usb Wi-Fi adapter, and/or a display adapter.

Other items we sell may come with different accessories.

Although we don’t test our computers with specific software such as video editors, rendering software, ect, you can look up the minimum system requirements for the specific software.
